Shipping Policy

All fine-art pieces are printed on premium archival materials and shipped directly to your home.

Digital Deliveries:
Digital portrait files are delivered electronically via secure download link on the same day your order is finalized.

Physical Deliveries:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within 5–7 business days via insured courier. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your artwork is on its way.

Shipping Regions: Continental United States
Delivery Time: Typically 5–7 business days from order date
Shipping Costs: Included with paid portrait orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each print and digital artwork file is custom-produced to order, but we want you to love your purchase.

Physical Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fairytalephotographystudio.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital artwork sales are final once delivered. However, if you experience any technical issue downloading your files please contact us within 14 days, we’ll resend or reissue access immediately.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective physical items.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
Digital artwork orders may be cancelled only before digital delivery occurs.
To cancel, please email hello@fairytalephotographystudio.com as soon as possible with your order number.
